About the role: The Account Executive is a crucial role within the Dataprise Sales team, dedicated to selling across a variety of industry verticals and segments. Leading by example, this role drives a culture of performance and measurements using The Challenger sales process and best practice methodologies to consistently achieve (and exceed) goals. What You'll Do:

Achieve revenue and profitability goals.

Leverage proven sales methodology and related tools to generate opportunities and sell specific business line solutions and technical products that align with the needs of our customers.

Create meaningful relationships that drive an understanding of the diverse issues faced by customers across various industries, as well as propose solutions that deliver measurable improvements to their business.

Partner with internal teams to ensure positive outcomes for customers.

Proactively assess, clarify, and validate customer needs on an ongoing basis.

Maintain a high customer satisfaction rating.

Create and execute actionable territory plans necessary to achieve goals.

Manage and execute all aspects of the sales motion.

What Skills & Experience You'll Need:

5 years of prior sales experience.

Demonstrated expertise in exceeding new sales goals and managing customer relationships.

The ability to handle complex sales environments.

An understanding of IT terminology (in particular, Microsoft technologies) and the ability to translate technical jargon into non-technical terms.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office (e.g., Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).

Fantastic interpersonal skills and an ability to coordinate multiple internal resources at once.

Excellent communication (verbal and written) skills.

An ability to manage and prioritize time well, juggling multiple tasks at once.
