Responsibilities Uncover student potential by diagnosing and addressing learning, social, and emotional skill gaps, collaborating with school teams and families to provide personalized guidance, and delivering SESI’s evidence‑based instructional models and PBIS framework. Competitive pay range. Tuition reimbursement up to $3,000 per year. Work with a diverse group of students from varying backgrounds. Use instructional models, strategies, and curricula to teach knowledge and skills, nurture confidence and character, and meet all students’ needs. Develop individualized lesson plans appropriate to skill level. Implement behavior management and intervention strategies, including de‑escalation techniques, crisis management, and safe restraint when necessary. Maintain student documents: IEPs, BIPs, incident reports, high‑risk evaluation forms. Record and track student growth toward academic, social, and emotional goals. Supervise and monitor students, including escort to/from locations within the school. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
