Our supreme example of a Shepherd is \"The Good Shepherd\", Jesus Christ.**Job Duties:*** Prepare, administer and document medications given to facility residents under the supervision of a licensed nurse within regulatory time frames as ordered by the Physician.* Provide residents with routine daily nursing care and services in accordance with the resident’s assessment and care plan, and as may be directed by your supervisors* Perform other nursing duties as assigned by nursing management* Create and maintain an atmosphere of warmth, personal interest, and positive emphasis, as well as a calm environment* Always follow infection control techniques* Demonstrate pride keeping areas clean and safe* Demonstrate ongoing responsibility and commitment through good attendance and by being on time to work* Respect the privacy and dignity of residents## Qualifications**Requirements:*** CNA License Required* Must be a licensed Certified Medication Aide having successfully completed a state approved training program and any necessary examination(s) in accordance with the laws of this State.
