About the Role

The Company is in search of a Chief Operating Officer (COO) to lead the operational excellence of its restaurant group. The successful candidate will be responsible for multi-unit management, ensuring that all 30+ locations align with the company's objectives and standards. This role involves the development and implementation of standard operating procedures to optimize performance in quality, service, cleanliness, and efficiency. The COO will also oversee financial management, quality control, guest experience, staffing, and talent development, as well as manage vendor and supplier relationships. A key aspect of the position is to collaborate with executive leadership on expansion strategies and to establish and track performance metrics for each location. Applicants for the COO position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in business administration, hospitality management, or a related field, with an MBA being a plus. A proven track record in multi-unit restaurant operations management, particularly in overseeing 100 or more locations, is essential. The role requires strong financial acumen, excellent leadership and team-building abilities, and a deep knowledge of the restaurant industry, including its trends and best practices. The ideal candidate will be an exceptional problem-solver, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to travel as needed.
