Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) - Full and Part Time Shifts Available We are looking for Full and Part Time CNAs to provide high-quality care to our residents. As a CNA at Foremost at Sharon, you will assist residents with daily living activities, provide personal care, and maintain a clean and safe environment. You will also have the opportunity to work with our experienced nurses and other healthcare professionals to ensure our residents receive the best possible care. Responsibilities: Assist residents with daily living activities, including delivering meals, turning and ambulating residents, and providing plenty of fluids and nourishment meals throughout scheduled shift Help residents with personal hygiene and provide emotional support Observe residents and report any health issues to the supervising nurse Document resident food and fluid intake, as well as any medication administration Assist residents with feeding and serving nutritional supplements Make the resident's beds and keep their living areas clean and tidy Transport residents within the facility Assist nurses and other staff as needed Adhere to professional standards and follow all facility policies and procedures Requirements: Valid MA CNA certificate in good standing Evidence of COVID-19 vaccination (religious and medical exemptions available) Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to lift and transfer residents (up to 50 pounds) Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays Benefits: Competitive hourly rate: $21 - $23.5 per hour Opportunities for professional growth and development A supportive and inclusive work environment Flexible scheduling to accommodate your needs Our Company: Foremost at Sharon is a short and long-term care facility located in Sharon, MA.
