Participate in inpatient evaluations and therapeutic interventions on occasion, ensuring an integrated treatment experience.

Keep precise and prompt records in compliance with all regulatory standards.

Stay updated on the latest trends and developments in the field, making use of continuing education and peer interactions.

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from a recognized institution.

Completion of a supervised Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) if ASHA certification has not been attained.

State licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist.

Preferred: Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from ASHA.

Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is mandatory within the first month of employment.

Expertise in evidence-driven therapy techniques applicable across all age groups, with a well-rounded knowledge of developmental and acquired speech, language, and swallowing disorders.

Strong communication abilities essential for engaging with patients, families, and the interdisciplinary care team.

A capacity to tailor therapy techniques for varied cultural and linguistic backgrounds.
