Line Cook Range: $15.65 - $18.86 Responsibilities You will be preparing food the RedRobin way, including cutting, sautéing, broiling, frying, and cooking various meals such as meats, fish, poultry, vegetables, soups, salads, and other ingredients. You will keep guests worry‑free by adhering to safe food handling and cleanliness rules. Qualifications Must be 17or older. Other Types of Compensation : Referral Bonus, Employee Stock Purchase Program (after 1+ years of service, must have 20+ hours/week). Health Insurance : Health, vision, dental, accident, critical illness and hospital indemnity coverage (must be 18+). Retirement Benefits : 401k retirement plan (with company match to 4% of pay) (must be 21+, after 1+ years of service, and 1,000+ hours/year).
