Empower AI is seeking a Training & Development Specialist for the Department of State to help manage Knowledge Management operations and deliverables that support IT services enterprise-wide. You will maintain the Knowledge Management Plan, support PMO documentation, and drive continuous improvement of KM resources across the customer domain.
