CNC Machinists

We are seeking skilled CNC Machinists who want to work with advanced multi-axis machining technology while producing precision medical device components used in life-changing applications. Whether your background is Mazak, Swiss, Haas, Okuma, Mori Seiki, Citizen, Tsugami, DMG Mori, Makino, or similar CNC equipment, we'd like to speak with you.
Job Description:
Equipment: Mazak Interrex 100 & 200 with lower turrets, Mazak Variadic 5-Axis Machining Centres, Star Swiss-Type CNC Lathes, Advanced Multi-Axis Milling and Turning Platforms
What You'll Do:
\- Setup and operate CNC machining equipment- Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and process documentation- Select tooling and perform offset adjustments- Verify dimensions using precision measuring equipment- Perform first-piece, in-process, and final inspections- Maintain tight tolerances and superior surface finishes- Troubleshoot machining issues and improve production efficiency- Support continuous improvement initiatives- Perform routine machine maintenance and housekeeping.
Required Qualifications:
\- Minimum 2 years of CNC machining experience
\- Ability to independently setup and operate CNC equipment
\- Strong blueprint reading skills
\- Experience using callipers, micrometres, indicators, and other precision measuring equipment
\- Understanding of feeds, speeds, tooling, offsets, and machining fundamentals
\- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Preferred Experience:
Mazak machining centres, Masato controls, Swiss-style CNC lathes, multi-axis machining, medical device/aerospace/defence manufacturing, tight-tolerance precision machining
