Job Title: Packaging Associate Agency: Entech Staffing Solutions Location: Troy, MI Pay Rate: $17.00 per hour Shift: Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM Job Type: Short-Term / Temporary Job Description Entech Staffing Solutions is looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Packaging Associate for a short-term assignment in Troy, MI. Key Responsibilities Carefully pack medical/pharmaceutical vials into designated boxes according to client specifications. Inspect vials and packaging materials for quality defects prior to boxing. Ensure accurate item counts and batch labels before sealing packages. Keep work area clean, orderly, and compliant with safety guidelines. Assist with light inventory organizing or box assembly as needed. Requirements Ability to perform repetitive hand motions and fine motor skills for delicate items (vials). Good attention to detail and ability to follow basic visual/verbal instructions. High reliability and punctual attendance for the 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM shift.
