Expertise in advanced sourcing techniques, including Boolean search, talent mapping, and competitive intelligence. Demonstrated success sourcing difficult-to-find talent, particularly within technical organizations. Experience sourcing Software and Hardware Engineering and other technical skill sets. Experience sourcing Product, Industrial, or Vertically-Integrated design roles. Proven ability to take a hiring strategy and execute independently with minimal day-to-day direction. Strong research, investigative, and problem-solving skills. Demonstrable curiosity and a track record of finding answers, uncovering talent, and thinking beyond conventional approaches. Self-starter mentality with a high degree of ownership and accountability. Strong communication and relationship-building skills. We are looking for someone who views recruiters and hiring managers as partners, takes ownership of their searches, and brings a "no stone unturned" mentality to talent acquisition. Responsibilities include building and maintaining pipelines of high-quality passive candidates across technical disciplines, partnering with recruiters and hiring managers to execute sourcing strategies for current and future hiring needs, utilizing creative sourcing techniques beyond traditional job boards and ATS platforms, conducting market mapping, talent research, and competitive intelligence activities, developing personalized outreach strategies to engage and attract top talent, generating qualified candidate pipelines for difficult-to-fill positions, continuously identifying new sourcing channels, tools, and methodologies, and operating independently while managing multiple searches and priorities simultaneously.
