Registered Nurse (RN) - Medsurg

Role Overview This role involves providing direct and indirect patient care in various settings, collaborating with healthcare teams to improve patient outcomes. The nurse applies critical thinking, nursing processes, and compassionate care to ensure patient dignity, autonomy, and health restoration. Responsibilities include patient assessment, medication administration, patient education, and performing treatments. Qualifications & Skills Graduate of an accredited nursing program. Computer literacy. RN licensure and BLS certification within 14 days of hire. Preferred: ACLS/PALS certifications. Key Duties Assess patients accurately based on medical condition. Administer prescribed medications and assist with procedures. Develop and evaluate patient and family education plans. Communicate effectively with multidisciplinary teams. Identify and address psychosocial needs and promote safety. Utilize nursing knowledge for treatments and services.
