Key Responsibilities Create high-quality content for blogs, articles, whitepapers, case studies, website pages, newsletters, social media, and marketing campaigns. Develop thought leadership content focused on retail technology, digital transformation, cloud, AI, data analytics, eCommerce, and customer experience. Research industry trends, market insights, and emerging technologies to create relevant and engaging content. Collaborate with subject matter experts, sales, marketing, and leadership teams to develop impactful content. Write compelling customer success stories, solution briefs, and business-focused technology content. Optimize content for SEO and digital marketing performance. Ensure consistency in tone, messaging, and brand voice across all content channels. Edit, proofread, and refine content to maintain high quality and accuracy. Support content strategies that drive audience engagement, website traffic, and lead generation. Required Skills & Experience 47 years of experience in content writing, copywriting, technical writing, or digital marketing content. Strong understanding of Retail, eCommerce, Digital Transformation, and Technology domains. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Experience writing blogs, whitepapers, case studies, thought leadership articles, and website content. Knowledge of SEO best practices and content optimization techniques.Ability to simplify complex technical concepts for business and non-technical audiences. Strong research, analytical, and storytelling skills. Experience working with content management systems and digital publishing platforms. Preferred Skills Experience writing content related to Cloud, Data & Analytics, AI, Integration, Customer Experience, and Retail Technology solutions. Familiarity with LinkedIn content creation, email marketing campaigns, and social media content strategies. Experience supporting B2B technology consulting or professional services organizations.
