Data Center Technician

Location: Sandston, VA

Job Type: Contract-to-Hire

Pay: $17-$23/hour (Based on Experience)

We're hiring Data Center Technicians to join a growing team supporting some of the largest technology infrastructure projects in the country. No data center or cabling experience is required. If you've worked in construction, warehouse operations, landscaping, manufacturing, the military, HVAC, electrical work, carpentry, or any other hands-on trade, we want to talk to you.

Working alongside experienced technicians, you'll help build and support the infrastructure that powers the internet, cloud computing, artificial intelligence, and modern technology.

Responsibilities include:

• Pulling and routing cable throughout large facilities
• Installing cable pathways, racks, and support systems
• Using hand and power tools daily
• Assisting with equipment installations
• Learning fiber optic and copper cabling techniques
• Reading installation drawings and blueprints
• Following safety procedures and site requirements
• Maintaining a clean and organized work area

You do not need data center experience to be successful in this role.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Sandston, VA.

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $24.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.

This is a fully onsite position in Sandston,VA.
