In addition, the Quality Auditor will work with our Quality Assurance team to develop and implement new quality control procedures.Responsibilities:Conduct in-process product quality audits to ensure items meet acceptance criteriaCommunicate findings with operator, supervisors and managementDocument results in D365 ERP systemSpecify, implement, and test quality management procedures and controls to ensure organizational compliance with regulatory and customer requirementsConduct audits of organizational processes, operations, and systems to identify and recommend changes and improvementsEvaluate the effectiveness of internal controls, operational procedures, and risk management processesTrain personnel in quality managementDevelop and implement procedures and controls to manage quality processesMaintain accurate documentation to support policies and proceduresEnsure that policies and procedures are followed, and that all work is documented in the company’s document management systemPerform other related duties as assignedQualifications:Extreme attention to detailAbility to interpret product drawings and tolerancesAbility to utilize inspection and test equipmentAbility to learn and understand a variety of product applications and functionsStrong written and verbal communication skills – Bilingual skills a plusMust be team orientedMust be trustworthy, dependable, and self-motivatedProficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, and OutlookAbility to lift 50 lbs on occasion.High School Diploma / GEDCompensations and Benefits:We offer a wide range of career opportunities with excellent benefits.
