Marketing Specialist

About the Role We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic sales enablement marketing team. As a Marketing Specialist, you will primarily focus on event coordination and logistics, supporting the planning and execution of external and internal meetings, conferences, webinars, and company events. Responsibilities Plan and execute logistics for events, including venue sourcing and booking, vendor coordination, registration management, materials preparation and shipping. Support the execution of conferences, webinars, prospect/client events and meetings. Manage backend reporting and event-based tasks such as attendee tracking, event reporting, supply coordination, and post‑event follow‑up. Source, order, and manage inventory and distribution of branded materials, promotional items, and event swag. Create event communications, including invitations, reminders, and attendee correspondence. Partner cross‑functionally with internal teams and external vendors to ensure events are executed smoothly and aligned with company standards and branding. Participate in the creation, formatting, and updating of event materials and supporting marketing documents. Maintain organized records of event materials, vendor information, contracts, and marketing assets. Contribute to broader marketing initiatives to support marketing teammates for additional projects and initiatives as assigned. Qualifications and Skills Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field. 3+ years of experience in a marketing role, with demonstrated success in event planning and coordination. Strong project management and organizational skills with excellent attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple programs simultaneously while meeting deadlines and standards. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Teams, PowerPoint, Word, and Excel. Strong written and verbal communication skills for invitations, attendee correspondence, and internal coordination. Creative mindset with the ability to generate innovative ideas. Strong problem‑solving skills and the ability to work independently while seeking guidance when needed. Willingness to travel 1‑4 times per year as needed for events.
