Shift Manager Weekly Hours: Varies Reports to: Shift Supervisor and/or Einstein's manager FLSA Designation: Hourly Prepared by: Human Resources Salary Range: $16-$17 per hour Position Overview As an Einstein Bros. Bagels Shift Manager, you'll enjoy a fun, friendly environment with opportunities to grow. Shifts are available in 4-to-8-hour increments, closing by 3 pm daily. The position is part-time, covering shifts from approximately 5 am to 3 pm. Principal Duties and Responsibilities Interact with guests in an upbeat fashion on the register or sandwich station Be punctual, attentive to detail, hardworking, willing to learn, reliable, and honest Create a fun and friendly atmosphere that promotes teamwork and 'Awesomeness' Maintain a neat and clean appearance Follow food safety procedures and maintain safe working conditions Be a team player Job starting at $16.00 per hour. Employees receive additional $1-$5 per hour from the tip pool and a free meal every shift.
