Commercial Project Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Project Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully managing commercial projects from inception to completion. This role requires strong leadership abilities, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of project management principles.

Responsibilities:

Oversee all aspects of commercial projects, including planning, budgeting, scheduling, and quality control
Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure project goals are met
Monitor project progress and make adjustments as needed to ensure timelines and budget requirements are achieved
Prepare regular reports for senior management on project status, risks, and issues
Lead and motivate project teams to deliver high-quality results within set deadlines

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or related field
Proven experience as a Commercial Project Manager or similar role in the commercial construction industry
Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools
Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
Exceptional problem-solving abilities
