Territory Business Manager, Advanced Surgery - South Seattle WA

Baxter seeks a Territory Business Manager for its Advanced Surgery division in South Seattle to represent surgical products including hemostats and tissue sealants. The role involves direct sales to healthcare facilities, relationship building with clinical teams, and achievement of territory quotas across a multi-state geography.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales quotas by directly selling advanced surgery products and services to assigned territory
• Educate physicians on product features, benefits, and proper use in surgical procedures
• Call on prospective customers and provide technical product information and demonstrations
• Maintain and grow customer relationships with hospital administration, supply chain, and materials management
• Monitor sales performance against forecasts and provide market feedback to marketing and management

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree with 3+ years relevant sales experience, or 8+ years operating room sales experience
• Demonstrated hospital-based selling and operating room sales experience
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with analytical and social competencies
• Valid driver's license and willingness to relocate to assigned territory
• Ability to travel at least 50% for site visits across multiple states

Compensation: $80,000-$110,000 annually, plus Sales Incentive Plan eligibility
