Weekly Gross: $2,400–$2,600 

We are actively seeking an Occupational Therapist (OT) to join a Skilled Nursing Facility in Rawlins, Wyoming for a 13-week contract assignment. This is an excellent opportunity to work with a dedicated rehabilitation team while helping patients regain independence and improve their ability to perform daily activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans
• Provide skilled occupational therapy services to improve functional performance and independence with activities of daily living (ADLs)
• Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as needed
• Educate patients, families, and caregivers on adaptive techniques and equipment
• Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, and interdisciplinary team members
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with facility and regulatory requirements

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Active Occupational Therapist License
• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program
• SNF experience preferred but not required
• Strong clinical, communication, and patient care skills
