Job Summary We are seeking a driven and detail-oriented Retail Manager to oversee and grow all aspects of the organization’s e-commerce operations. This role will work closely with internal operations teams and client marketing departments to execute online merchandise strategies, product launches, and digital retail initiatives. The Manager will be responsible for maintaining the overall health and performance of the e-commerce platform, managing online merchandising strategies, monitoring inventory flow, supporting marketing campaigns, and ensuring a high-quality customer experience across all digital sales channels. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, collaborative, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced sports and event retail environment. Key Responsibilities Manage day-to-day e-commerce operations, including product setup, merchandising, pricing, inventory accuracy, and website maintenance. Coordinate with client marketing teams on product launches, promotional campaigns, and seasonal merchandise initiatives. Develop and maintain a merchandise and e-commerce calendar in partnership with the Retail General Manager and clients. Oversee online product launches from setup through fulfillment readiness. Monitor e-commerce sales performance, inventory levels, and customer purchasing trends to help maximize revenue opportunities. Ensure website product pages remain accurate, organized, and visually consistent. Serve as a primary point of contact for clients regarding e-commerce operations, updates, and performance discussions. Life at Levy At Levy, team = family. We always take care of family.
