Job Description

As a Client Experience Coordinator , you will play an important role in ensuring each client receives a smooth, responsive, and professional experience from their first interaction through ongoing support.

You will serve as a key point of contact for clients, coordinate communication between clients and internal teams, assist with day-to-day service needs, and help maintain the high standard of care associated with Beloform Craft.

The ideal candidate is approachable, organized, adaptable, and comfortable managing multiple priorities while maintaining excellent communication.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a professional and welcoming point of contact for clients.
• Respond to client questions and requests in a timely and helpful manner.
• Coordinate client appointments, communications, updates, and follow-ups.
• Maintain accurate client information and internal records.
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure client needs are communicated and addressed.
• Help resolve concerns and identify solutions that create a positive client experience.
• Track outstanding requests and ensure appropriate follow-up.
• Assist with scheduling and general administrative coordination.
• Support the improvement of client service processes and internal workflows.
• Build strong, professional relationships with clients and team members.
• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism when handling client information.
• Contribute to a positive, organized, and service-focused workplace.
