Why join us Competitive benefits package including health, dental, vision, life insurance, retirement savings, and paid time off Join a respected organization with a long history of stability, growth, and investment in its employees Work on essential infrastructure projects that make a lasting impact on local communities Opportunities for professional development and career advancement Job Details Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair equipment used in asphalt manufacturing operations Dismantle, repair, and reassemble heavy industrial machinery and production equipment Install and align mechanical components including conveyors, shafting, and related systems Utilize hand tools, measuring devices, welding equipment, and brazing tools to complete maintenance activities Requirements High school diploma or equivalent Minimum 3 years of Millwright, Industrial Maintenance, or related mechanical experience preferred Strong knowledge of hydraulics, motors, belt systems, and industrial machinery Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required Jobot is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
