Develops, codes/configures, and tests programs and systems, typically within the parameters of two to three sprints. Shares knowledge effectively with the work team. Builds productive networks with technical colleagues, participating in technical forums and user groups. Demonstrates a strong working understanding of production systems, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve many problems on assigned systems with minimal support.
