Clinical Nurse Coordinator - Cardiac Medical Telemetry - Evenings

Hourly Pay Range: $43.69 - $67.72 Location: Glenbrook Hospital Shift: Full Time, Evening (3pm-11pm); Hours: 40, M-F with rotating weekends and holidays; On Call as needed. Travel: N/A. Qualifications License: Current professional Nursing Licensure in the state of IL required. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Nursing required; Master’s degree preferred. Certification: BLS/CPR certification required. Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in an appropriate clinical setting; prior management experience preferred. Skills: N/A Responsibilities Positively contributing to safety outcomes and promoting high quality patient experience. Manage day-to-day clinical operations and unit workflow/throughput. Be prepared to assume direct patient care if necessary. Accountable for the outcomes of care for patients in specific clinical areas. Guide and direct a team of caregivers, providing high-quality, individualized care to patients and families, and preparing them for discharge. Teach, mentor, and counsel new and experienced staff in both clinical and customer loyalty skills. Takes lead on clinical performance management.
