Delivery Driver
Join Lead the Way Logistics Inc., a trusted Amazon Delivery Service Partner (DSP) in Idaho Falls! We're seeking motivated Delivery Drivers to join our team. No CDL is required - we provide full training and everything you need to succeed.
Location: Idaho Falls, ID, United States
Compensation: $21.50/hr plus benefits

What You'll Do as a Delivery Driver:
- Begin and end your day at our convenient warehouse location
- Drive an Amazon-branded delivery vehicle (provided)
- Deliver 250-350 packages daily on your assigned route
- Provide excellent customer service throughout your delivery area
- Work 4-5 days per week, 10.5-hour shifts
- Follow all safety protocols and delivery procedures
Qualifications
Delivery Driver Requirements (No CDL Needed):
- Must be 21 years or older
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to lift packages up to 50 lbs
- Available to work weekends
- Comfortable with flexible scheduling (including evenings past 8 PM)
- Team player with strong communication skills
