Production Laborer

Job Description

The Production Laborer plays a crucial role in assembling indoor and outdoor incasings, ensuring product quality, and preparing items for shipment within a medium-sized production team. Operating primarily on a day shift, this position requires adherence to safety regulations, effective use of hand tools, and the physical capability to handle materials weighing up to 50 lbs. Responsibilities

Construct indoor and outdoor incasings using hand tools such as nail guns
Perform quality inspections on assembled incasings to ensure product standards
Prepare products for shipment, including wrapping and packaging items securely
Handle materials safely and efficiently, lifting and carrying items up to 50 lbs
Follow all safety protocols, including proper use of PPE and equipment handling procedures
Maintain a clean and organized work area in compliance with safety regulations

Required Qualifications

At least 2 year of experience working in a production environment

Preferred Qualifications

Experience operating hand tools and knowledge of quality control processes
Familiarity with material handling and safety regulations compliance
Physical stamina to meet job demands
Strong attention to detail and ability to collaborate effectively within a team
