Senior Application Analyst

Abbott Cancer Diagnostics seeks a Senior Application Analyst to design, configure, and support business systems platforms. The role involves leading technical improvements, mentoring junior analysts, and serving as a primary support contact for application end-users in the Madison, Wisconsin location.

Responsibilities

• Lead estimation of enhancement and support requests; guide workflow design, configuration, and testing
• Liaise with business stakeholders and software vendors to align business needs with system delivery
• Identify operational improvement opportunities and implement technology solutions to enhance business workflows
• Mentor junior analysts; delegate configuration activities and provide end-user support and training
• Troubleshoot technical issues, review project status, and act as delegate for incident resolution

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, MIS, or related field; or high school diploma plus 4 years relevant experience
• 5+ years experience developing or configuring technology solutions as application analyst or project delivery role
• Subject matter expertise in patient identification workflows, revenue cycle, CRM, patient registration, or lab order entry
• Epic software application certification or ability to obtain within 8 weeks of hire
• Authorization to work in United States without sponsorship
• Epic Professional Billing and ROI certifications preferred
