About the Role City Wide Facility Solutions is the largest management company in the building maintenance industry. We secure and manage commercial contracts and partner with skilled independent contractors to perform the work. We handle sales, client communication, billing, and collections so you can focus on delivering quality work. Responsibilities Provide professional commercial pressure washing services on building exteriors (brick, concrete, siding, stone), sidewalk, walkways, entryways, parking lots, garages, dumpster pads, and other surfaces. Remove gum, oil, grease, stains, and perform soft washing where appropriate. Use proper PSI levels for different surfaces, avoid damage (etching, striping, water intrusion), and follow local water runoff and environmental guidelines. Deliver clean, uniform, inspection‑ready results and maintain quality standards. Requirements Established pressure washing business with legal entity (not a sole proprietor). Minimum 18 years of age. Valid Business License (if required), Federal EIN, and verifiable business documentation. Worker’s Compensation Insurance, General Liability Insurance (or willingness to obtain). Proven commercial pressure washing experience. Professional‑grade equipment (commercial pressure washers, surface cleaners, water tanks if needed). Knowledge of PSI control by surface type and chemical use (degreasers, detergents, soft‑wash solutions). Reliable transportation and ability to mobilize.
