Project ManagerLocation: Hickory, NCSalary: $130,000 — $150,000Bonus: 10%Seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the execution of complex government contracts from award through final delivery. In this role, you will be responsible for managing scope, schedule, budget, risk, and compliance while ensuring alignment with contractual and regulatory requirements (FAR/DFARS) and customer expectations. You will coordinate cross-functional teams across engineering, sales, supply chain, and quality to deliver mission-critical solutions on time and within budget.The ideal candidate brings strong leadership, disciplined program controls, and experience working with government stakeholders in highly regulated environments. This is a high-visibility role requiring accountability, precision, and the ability to drive performance in support of national defense objectives.ResponsibilitiesLead both development and delivery projects of defense products and integration into partner systemsOversee the implementation of project milestones (fex. PDR, CDR, FDR to FAT and SAT)Ensure compliance requirements are met and help build new processes following modern project methodologyFollow up on delivery milestones with customers and participate in on-site visits during test and evaluation phasesCoordinate with cross-department activities between engineering, production, customer experience, and supportAbout YouWe value curiosity, teamwork, and the ability to work independently when needed.
