Step into an impactful role supporting students as a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist for the upcoming 2026-2027 school year! This contract position offers the opportunity to work on-site with K-12 students in an itinerant capacity, serving multiple school locations in the Woodland, CA area. You’ll play a vital part in helping students overcome communication challenges—making a meaningful difference every day.

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct speech and language therapy services to a diverse K-12 student population
• Conduct screenings, evaluations, IEP meetings, and progress monitoring
• Maintain organized and timely documentation in compliance with state and federal guidelines
• Collaborate with educators, families, and other service providers to create comprehensive student support plans
• Travel between assigned school sites (itinerant role) as needed
• Adapt caseload and service delivery to align with your professional interests and experience
• Replace virtual SLP services with high-quality, in-person support

Qualifications:

• Active Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) certification and California state license required
• Current ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
• Previous experience in a school-based setting strongly preferred
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Comfortable serving a K-12 caseload, with flexibility for age group preference
