Each day, our QMAs utilize their skills to promote the physical and psychosocial well-being of the residents, leading to a rewarding sense of fulfillment and satisfaction. Skills Needed Supportive Presence: Create a comforting and engaging atmosphere for our residents. Leadership : Promote teamwork within the care team to exceed the needs of our residents. Collaboration: In partnership with nursing and other facility teams to ensure coordinated and comprehensive care. Teamwork: The ability to work towards a common goal of excellent care for our residents. Interpersonal Communication: Support a respectful and positive work environment. Requirements: Successful completion of a state approved training program in medication administration. Strong passion for geriatric nursing and commitment to senior care excellence.
