This role offers meaningful one-on-one patient care, professional autonomy, and a healthier work-life balance compared to hospital or facility-based nursing. You’ll manage patient care from admission through discharge, working collaboratively with physicians, therapists, patients, and families to help individuals remain safe, independent, and comfortable at home. We offer a supportive team environment, realistic expectations, and a $15,000 sign-on bonus for full-time RNs . What You’ll Do Provide skilled nursing visits in accordance with physician orders and individualized plans of care Complete comprehensive patient assessments and ongoing evaluations Develop, implement, and update care plans in collaboration with the care team Coordinate services with physicians, therapists, patients, and caregivers Educate patients and families to support safety, independence, and health outcomes Document care accurately and timely according to agency and regulatory standards Communicate changes in patient condition to the appropriate team members What We’re Looking For Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Iowa Graduate of an accredited school of nursing (ADN or BSN) At least 1 year of nursing experience (home health experience preferred, not required) Strong assessment, communication, and time management skills Ability to work independently while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle What We Offer $15,000 sign-on bonus (full-time) / $7,500 (part-time) Flexible, primarily Monday–Friday schedule One-on-one patient care in the home setting Supportive leadership and collaborative care teams Ongoing training and professional development Opportunity to build long-term patient relationships Part-time and full-time opportunities available
