Desired Qualifications:

• Valid Occupational Therapy licensure for practice in Oregon
• Previous experience in a school setting or with pediatric populations preferred

• Familiarity with IEP processes and development of effective therapy goals
• Capacity for adaptive problem-solving and individualized interventions
• Enthusiasm for engaging students from diverse backgrounds and grade levels

Responsibilities:

• Provide onsite, direct therapy services for a varied K-12 caseload
• Assess students’ needs and develop goals in collaboration with interdisciplinary teams
• Implement innovative treatment strategies that promote independence, motor skills, participation, and academic success
• Document progress and maintain accurate records in accordance with school and state requirements
• Participate in IEP meetings and consultations with families and staff to support student needs
• Offer guidance and resources to teachers regarding classroom adaptations and sensory supports
