Registered Nurse - NICU

Role: Per diem Registered Nurse in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU). Responsibilities Provide evidence-based, family-centered care to critically ill and premature newborns. Perform assessments, manage ventilators and IV infusions, administer medications, and respond to emergencies. Collaborate with neonatologists, respiratory therapists, and other healthcare professionals to develop individualized care plans. Qualifications & Skills Current RN license and relevant clinical experience in NICU or neonatal care. Strong assessment skills, knowledge of ventilator management, and emergency response capabilities. Ability to work effectively within a team-oriented, technologically advanced environment. Key Duties: Deliver high-quality, family-centered neonatal care, ensure patient safety, and contribute to a supportive, professional healthcare team focused on growth and excellence. #J-18808-Ljbffr
