Desired Experience and Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology (or currently completing CFY)
• Active ASHA certification (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) status welcomed
• Eligibility for state licensure or SLPA certification
• Prior experience in a school-based setting is a plus, though motivated SLP-Cs and SLPAs are encouraged to apply
• Strong communication, documentation, and organizational talents
• Collaborative spirit and passion for helping students succeed

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver assessment, diagnosis, and intervention for students with speech, language, and communication challenges
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Provide direct and consultative services for students individually and in small groups
• Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to encourage generalization of skills
• Maintain thorough records and progress reports in compliance with district and state guidelines
• Support and mentor students throughout their development, measuring progress regularly
