Job Summary Seeking a motivated and tech‑savvy Personal Lines Producer to join a dynamic team. This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in a fast‑paced, phone‑sales environment and are passionate about providing exceptional service to clients. You will be responsible for generating new business through cold‑calling, dealership leads, and leveraging warm leads from an extensive network. Personal Lines Producer As a Personal Lines Producer, you will handle a diverse portfolio of personal lines including Home, Auto, Umbrella, and Recreational Lines. Compensation Package Base Salary: $41,400 annually Commission: 20% on revenue of new business 5% on renewals Benefits: Comprehensive Medical, Dental, and Vision plans available 401(k) plan Responsibilities Generate new business through cold‑calling, dealership leads, and warm leads from our network. Provide quotes for new business across various personal lines, including Home, Auto, Umbrella, and Recreational Lines. Utilize multiple systems, including Salesforce, carrier portals, and EPIC, to manage client information and sales processes. Collaborate with the team to meet and exceed sales targets. Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service in all interactions. Qualifications / Requirements Licenses: Property & Casualty (P&C) license required. Experience: Open to varying levels of experience; coachability and a willingness to learn are key. Technical Skills: Must be tech‑savvy and comfortable using multiple systems (Salesforce, EPIC, carrier portals). Sales Skills: Strong phone‑sales skills with the ability to multitask and thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
