Overview Our client is seeking an HR Coordinator to join their team. This is a full-time / permanent position with a direct client of Aprio Talent Solutions. What You’ll Own Support HR administration and compliance, including ISO9001 and IATF16949 systems Maintain personnel records, employee files, and HR reporting requirements Coordinate recruitment activities, interview scheduling, and onboarding sessions Prepare offboarding documentation and conduct separation processes Manage benefits programs and respond to employee inquiries Assist with payroll preparation, timekeeping, and related reporting Support performance management processes and track reviews Help plan training sessions, company events, and employee engagement initiatives Coordinate vendors for facility services and maintain office supply inventory Ensure safety and workplace standards are upheld Must-Haves Two years of related college courses or equivalent work experience Strong ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure Knowledge of HR policies, labor law basics, and compliance requirements Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to handle sensitive information confidentially Nice to Have Experience with HRIS and payroll systems Bilingual in English and Japanese Experience in manufacturing or ISO-certified environments #J-18808-Ljbffr
