Job Description

·To oversee daily maintenance operations and onsite staff

·To complete and assign work orders and preventative maintenance

·To perform plumbing, electrical, carpentry, appliance, and HVAC repairs

·To ensure unit turns meet quality standards

·To maintain property safety and compliance expectations

Qualifications

·Apartment maintenance leadership or supervisory experience

·EPA Type II or Universal Certification

·Strong skills in general maintenance trades

·Ability to oversee staff and prioritize workload

·Own tools required
