About the Role
The Company is seeking a Group Vice President for Human Resources to serve as the senior HR executive and strategic people advisor for an assigned division. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing the group's people strategy, leading HR delivery across multiple markets and facilities, and ensuring that workforce priorities are in line with operational and organizational objectives. This role requires a leader with a strong background in HR, particularly within the healthcare sector, and a proven track record in areas such as employee retention, engagement, talent and leadership development, and organizational effectiveness. The Group VP-HR will also be tasked with owning the employee retention strategy, leading engagement initiatives, and partnering with operational leaders to strengthen the organizational culture and advance the company's goal of becoming an employer of choice. Candidates for the Group Vice President - Human Resources position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with a Master's degree preferred, and at least 5 years of senior HR leadership experience, particularly in healthcare. The role demands a leader with exceptional emotional intelligence, strong business acumen, and a competitive, results-oriented mindset. The ideal candidate will have a professional HR certification and a background in behavioral healthcare. Key responsibilities include strategic HR partnership, operational leadership, talent management, and HR operations. The role also involves leading a high-performing HR organization, providing senior-level oversight on employee relations matters, and continuously evaluating and improving the effectiveness of the HR function.
