Responsibilities Essential Job Functions: Greet, engage, and assist customers actively and visibly. Process customer transactions quickly, accurately, and efficiently. Understand and operate the Point of Sale (POS) system, handling various tenders and adhering to company policies. Follow guidelines on cash shortages/overages, restricted sale items, and report discrepancies. Adhere to policies for postage stamps, gift cards, coupons, and stay current with ads. Follow food safety regulations and promote safety programs. Inspect equipment, report repairs, and create a welcoming environment for customers. Comply with all laws, regulations, and company guidelines. Work cooperatively in high-paced environments and manage conflicts professionally. Act with honesty and integrity, follow directions, and assist diverse customer needs. Perform essential functions with or without reasonable accommodations.
