Join a robust and progressive staff of 30 Hospitalist physicians and 16 advanced practice providers.

Position Overview

\n
• Seeking Board-certified or board-eligible Internist or Family Medicine physician
\n
• Full-time position
\n
• Day position
\n
• Flexible scheduling model: 180 shifts first year
\n
• Semi-open ICU
\n
• Designated admitter daily
\n
• Additional shifts available if desired
\n
• Epic Electronic Medical Record
\n
• Ability to obtain an active license in Washington State
\n
• Providers who value high quality care and work life balance

• Concise and compassionate communication skills to educate patients and families
\n
• Ability to thoroughly document and maintain comprehensive patient records
\n

• Compensation: First year salary guarantee based on MGMA/AMGA median, RVU production in year two. Placement in a starting range is based on training, experience, certifications, etc. Actual salaries will vary based on a candidates qualifications.
