Customer Service Representative Associate

The anticipated hourly range for this position is $19-22/hour. The actual compensation offered may vary based on job-related factors such as experience, skills, education, and location. Summary The representative provides a positive customer service experience that meets the needs of our patients by educating them on products and services, listening to concerns, addressing issues, and placing supply orders in a high-volume inbound call center. Core Responsibilities Review and process orders via fax and electronic platforms Make outbound calls to patients and referrals as needed Utilize tools and resources to assist in order entry Use full product knowledge of Byram therapies to service patients Communicate effectively with patients, teammates, healthcare professionals, and sales team.
