The Kitchen Manager is responsible for running and managing the day to day operations of the back of house.
-lead on line preparing cafe menu items
-controlling and managing inventory, pars, freshness, quality and speed of kitchen operations
-maintaining Clean Eatz brand standards on preparation of food items and food safety
Previous kitchen experience is required
Reliable transportation is required
Work Schedule
Monday to Friday
