Our stylists have guaranteed clientele, are rewarded great pay, paid on-going training, and many more incentives. Our stylists are estimated to earn about $25-$30 (including Base Wage, Incentives, retail bonuses, & tips) while achieving a work-life balance and opportunities for career advancement. Hair Stylist/Barber Qualifications:
- Cosmetology License and/or Barber License (licensing requirements vary by state/province)
- The passion to build genuine connections with customers and provide GREAT haircuts
- The desire to deliver a consistent Great Clips® brand experience (don't worry, training is provided)
- The ability to work with teammates to develop a supportive and positive salon vibe
