The ideal candidate should be based in Europe or the Americas, or be open to relocation or remote arrangements, and must possess a high-agency builder mindset with proven domain expertise. The role requires excellent communication skills in English and the ability to take extreme end-to-end ownership. The Head of Data Engineering will work closely with an elite team of engineers, researchers, and commercial leaders, and will report directly to the department founder.
