- Have experience with Splunk for system monitoring and performance optimization.
- Exhibit knowledge of Guidewire PolicyCenter for smooth policy administration.
- Understand Guidewire APD for efficient product definition and management.
- Familiarity with Guidewire Ins Suite integration for seamless data exchange.
- Experience with PCF for user interface configuration and enhancement.
- Proficiency in Gosu scripting for application customization and extension.
- Preferably have domain experience in Property & Casualty Insurance.
- Multitier experience in Guidewire suites is a plus.
- Lead the design and architecture of solutions using Guidewire Ins Suite to fulfill business requirements and enhance product capabilities.
- Oversee the integration of Guidewire PolicyCenter and other modules to ensure seamless functionality and optimal performance.
- Provide technical guidance in SQL and the PC-Rating Management Module to improve data management and reporting processes.
- Utilize Splunk for monitoring and analyzing system performance, ensuring high application availability and reliability.
- Collaborate with development teams to implement Gosu scripting for customizing and extending Guidewire applications.
- Drive the implementation of Guidewire APD to improve product definition and management processes.
- Ensure effective use of PCF for configuring user interfaces and enhancing user experience across applications.
- Develop strategies for Guidewire Ins Suite integration to facilitate smooth data exchange and interoperability.
- Work closely with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions.
- Conduct regular assessments of system architecture to identify areas for improvement and innovation.
- Provide mentorship and support to junior team members, fostering a collaborative and productive work atmosphere.
- Engage in ongoing learning to stay abreast of industry trends and advancements in Guidewire technologies.
- Contribute to our mission by delivering solutions that enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction in the Property & Casualty Insurance sector.
