Coach and inspire team members, fostering accountability for individual and store performance. Build long‑term relationships with customers to create loyal fans. Recruit, retain, and develop top talent for the store. Partner with the Divisional Sales Manager and Human Resources to resolve performance issues and enforce policy. Ensure visual merchandising, operational processes, and talent development are implemented in a timely way. Complete all additional duties as assigned. Qualifications 3–5 years of Store Manager experience in a high‑performance retail environment. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with a caring approach. Ability to charm and captivate audiences at all organizational levels. Sharp business acumen and analytical thinking to achieve positive results. Expertise in recruiting, retaining, and developing exceptional teams, including succession planning. Proficient with Microsoft Office 365 and retail point‑of‑sale systems. Legal admission: 18 years or older, able to provide proof of identity and work eligibility. Flexible schedule that includes nights, weekends, and holidays.
