Position OverviewThis position offers a clear pathway for advancement. Team members may begin in a production role and receive comprehensive, hands-on training.Key ResponsibilitiesResponsible for maintaining the required quality of the non-ferrous products.Remove large pieces of plastic.Remove stainless steel.Remove any non-conforming material.Keeps picking areas clean and orderly.Assists with cleanup duties at the end of production.Support continuous improvement initiatives.Identifies different metals and sorts the various grades according to specifications.Adhere to all safety protocols and consistently wear required PPE.Along with other duties, as assigned.Candidate ProfileIdeal candidates will demonstrate a proactive approach to work, a strong commitment to safety, and a willingness to learn and grow. A high school diploma or GED is preferred, and prior experience in metals or industrial operations is advantageous.
