What You Bring to the Table Your job as an HVAC Technician is to identify problems on malfunctioning heating, air conditioning, and refrigeration systems and then determine the best way to repair them. Our HVAC service technicians are professionally certified and among the best in the industry. Does this sound like you? You have a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record. You are EPA Certified and have at least 1-3 years of HVAC experience. You’re a good problem solver with experience troubleshooting, repairing, servicing, and/or installing various HVAC systems. You always take pride in your work. You like to do things right and would rather focus on quality than speed. You are friendly with strong communication skills that enable you to connect quickly with customers. You like to go after the sale and earn 5-star reviews. You are trustworthy and reliable - people trust you in their home! You are ambitious and want the opportunity to grow your skills and career faster than in previous companies you’ve worked with.
